With over 13 years in the fitness industry, I’ve coached 350+ women to incredible transformations, been a magazine cover model, and co-founded Get Sculpted—a results-driven coaching program for women over 35 who want to build muscle, lose fat, and feel confident in their skin again.
As a master trainer, holistic nutritionist, and pre & postnatal fitness specialist, I cut through the BS and teach women how to train smarter, eat more (not less), and build a body that turns heads—without sacrificing their social life or sanity.
I don't just coach it - I've been there. I was an overweight kid, to chronic dieter, to a party girl. Now I'm a sober mom of two boys and I'm in the best shape I've ever been in.

Dana's transformation shows that seeing physique changes comes from dedicating time to building body-sculpting muscle. And building muscle takes TIME and INTENTION.
Just staying active with no intention is not going to make you toned...like doing random bootcamps, group classes, and random Youtube workouts.
Dana came to me as a group exercise instructor, already doing 5 days a week, a mix of strength and cardio.
We shaved down her training time and upped her calorie intake to focus on quality movement and recovery.
We zeroed in on how heavy she was lifting and how to build up to a top set (this is when muscle gains are made).
The result:
Dana is not only gaining some sexy lean muscle but is also STRONGER than ever, smashing PRs and hitting performance goals like unassisted pull-ups on the regular.
Natassia was already health-minded, eating clean food and doing frequent group classes.
But she was super frustrated that she didn't look like she worked out! All her hard work felt like it was going to waste.
She was busting her butt but unfortunately what she was doing wasn’t producing the results she wanted.
We set her up with a tailored lifting training approach to shape her body in the right areas, and a nutrition strategy geared around protein and high-volume foods.
We DID NOT cut out social meals & drinks...we simply found a way to incorporate them into her plan.

She's now in the Elevation Phase & continuing to level up her physique, body part by body part.
Xyza came to us on maternity leave with her second baby.
She knew how to get her cardio in and stay active, but she was missing the element of building body-sculpting muscle.
Within 6 months, she torched 20 lbs of body fat & shaped a defined midsection, sculpted arms & legs…and she looks like a bonafide gym girl.
Her calories are as high as 2000 a day at 115 lbs & she has 3 weekly Free Meals (untracked).
She is training less than 3 hours a week, and she’s in way better shape than most people who do twice the workouts and half the food.
The secret?
She didn't stop after a fat loss phase. We amped up her training intensity as we increased food to create more shape and a healthier metabolism.
She learned the habits like how to eat versus just a strict meal plan forever and ever.
Now, Xyza is maintaining her results seamlessly because she's transitioned to the Elevation Phase.
Jen came to me during the pandemic with the goal of improving her fitness as a busy realtor & mom of 2 young daughters.
Like all of us, she didn’t have time to waste. But she needed to do something for her.
We started off with some workouts in her basement & eventually transitioned to the gym full time.

Lori came to us as a solo of 2, wanting to take back her health and finally break free from the dieting roller coaster.
She’s dropped 60 lbs & over 22” of body fat sustainably, WITHOUT:
Anyone can crash diet and lose weight fast.
In the past, she would diet & her metabolism adapted by downregulation...meaning she was always yo-yoing.
This time, we took a different approach & broke her fat loss up into 2 phases while prioritizing lean muscle.
Our approach: we coax the fat off…not starve the fat off.
Kelly was a former runner and restrictive dieter. She didn't take up running because of her passion for the sport, but to lose fat.
She wanted to be smaller and skinnier and has always struggled with her weight.
Being a new mom to two girls, she wanted to change the narrative of what it means to be fit and healthy.
Once we started putting lifting on the front burner, Kelly went through a powerful shift.
In this process, Kelly:

Breaking limiting beliefs and ultimately making an identity shift are NEEDED for a lasting change.
Nadine started off as someone who had workout out for over 25 years, but she had never trained for a specific result.
After 16 weeks, she had shed 17 lbs and 13” and did a fitness photoshoot to celebrate!
Here’s how that’s impacted her life:
She’s completely cleared out her box of “someday” clothes that have been collecting dust for a decade. This skirt has never been able to zip up until now, and you’d better believe we captured that moment!
She is no longer at the gym two hours a day over-training and not seeing results
